Accel Invests In $6M Round For Facebook Career Networking's Branchout |

San Francisco-based BranchOut has raised $6M in a round from Accel Partners according to a regulatory filing.
Users can:
+ Search for a company and identify all of their friends and friends-of-friends that work there for inside connections for jobs, sales leads and career networking.
+ if one of your friends installs BranchOut, you can see the work histories of their friends as well.
+ BranchOut users can also post and share jobs to earn referral fees.
CEO Rick Marini was the Founder & CEO of SuperFan, a social entertainment platform, and he was co-founder of Tickle, which sold for $100M.
